1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
2. Return Policy

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

Returned products must pass a quality check to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Only purchases made through Augussto.com are eligible for return.
3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
4. Replacements
