Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • You may cancel directly from the My Account > Orders section on Augussto.com or by emailing support@augussto.com with your order details.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

2. Return Policy

  • Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

  • Returned products must pass a quality check to qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • Only purchases made through Augussto.com are eligible for return.

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

4. Replacements

  • Replacements are available for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Store Credit Option

  • You can opt for Online store credit instead of a direct refund. This credit can be used for future purchases at Augussto.com
