1. Order Cancellation
• Prescription eyewear orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided manufacturing has not yet commenced.
• Non-prescription sunglasses may be cancelled any time before shipment.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
• To cancel, contact us at support@augussto.com with your order number, or use the My Account → Orders section on Augussto.com.
• If manufacturing has already commenced on a prescription order, the order cannot be cancelled — this is because prescription lenses are ground, coated, and assembled specifically for you.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Prescription Eyewear
Due to the highly personalised nature of prescription lenses, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or for prescription errors submitted by the customer.
• We will accept the return and provide a full remake or replacement at no additional cost, including shipping charges, subject to a successful return quality check.
• Return/replacement claims for prescription eyewear must be raised within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by photographs of the defect and your original prescription document.
2.2 Non-Prescription Sunglasses
• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
• All returned products undergo a quality check before approval.
• Only purchases made through Augussto.com are eligible for return.

3. Refunds
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified at our facility.
• For cancelled orders (within the allowed window), refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• UPI and net banking refunds may reflect sooner depending on your bank's processing times.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
4. Replacements
• Replacements are available for defective or damaged prescription items (manufacturing errors) and for non-prescription sunglasses that arrive damaged, subject to stock availability.
• For prescription replacements, we will manufacture a fresh pair at no cost if the error is on our part.
• Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for prescription eyewear and 48 hours for non-prescription items.

5. Store Credit Option
Instead of a cash refund, you may opt for online store credit, which can be used on future purchases at Augussto.com. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
6. Prescription Remake Guarantee
If, within 30 days of receiving your prescription glasses, you experience persistent visual discomfort that cannot be attributed to a normal adaptation period, please contact us. We will review your prescription and, at our discretion, offer a complimentary consultation or lens adjustment. This does not apply to changes in your prescription after the order date.
