Augussto offers a 2-year limited warranty on its eye-wear frames, valid from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers breakage or failure due to manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
Scratches on lenses
Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
Wear and tear from regular use
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Prescription lens issues or third-party alterations
2. How to Raise a Warranty Claim
To process your claim, please ensure:
The product is returned in its original packaging, along with:
A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase
Your contact details (name, phone, email)
3. Claim Process
Ship the product securely via a trackable courier service. Augussto is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during transit.
After the product is received, our team will perform a quality inspection.
If the defect is due to manufacturing, we will either repair the product or replace it with the same or a similar model (subject to availability).
If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will notify you and offer paid repair options if applicable.
4. Final Evaluation
All warranty evaluations are performed by Augussto's quality team, and their decision will be final and binding.
