1. Frame Warranty — Lifetime
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects related to frames, hinges, and structural faults arising under normal use. If your Augussto frame develops a structural defect due to our manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
2. Lens Warranty — 12 Months
All Augussto prescription lenses carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against the following manufacturing defects:
• Coating delamination or peeling not caused by mishandling.
• Optical distortion beyond accepted industry tolerances (per BIS/ISO standards for ophthalmic lenses).
• Blue light or anti-reflective coating failure under normal use.
• Lens power discrepancy exceeding acceptable tolerances compared to the submitted prescription.
3. The Warranty Does Not Cover
• Scratches on lenses arising from daily use, dry wiping, or abrasive contact.
• Accidental damage, impact breakage, misuse, or neglect.
• Wear and tear from regular use over time.
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning — always use a microfibre cloth and lens cleaner.
• Prescription lens issues arising from an incorrect prescription submitted by the customer.
• Damage from exposure to extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight, or harsh chemicals (perfumes, solvents).
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties — these will void the warranty entirely.
4. Care & Maintenance
To keep your Augussto eyewear performing at its best:
• Store glasses in the provided hard case when not in use.
• Avoid exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight for extended periods, or harsh chemicals.
• Clean lenses only with a microfibre cloth and an approved lens cleaner. Never use tissue, clothing, or paper towels.
• Never attempt to self-repair or adjust frames — bring them to us for any adjustments.
• Rinse lenses under lukewarm water before wiping to remove dust and debris.
• Do not leave glasses face-down on surfaces.
5. Service Support
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, subject to verification.
For damages outside warranty scope (accidental damage, scratches), we offer repair or replacement services at nominal charges, subject to parts availability.
Repairs conducted by unauthorised third parties will void this warranty.
6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Approved warranty claims will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the nature of the repair or replacement.
