At Augussto, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every frame. Our Lifetime Warranty covers  manufacturing defects related to frames, hinges, or structural faults under normal use. We are committed to ensuring your eyewear lasts a lifetime with confidence.

 

The Warranty Does Not Cover

• • Scratches on lenses
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
    
  • Wear and tear from regular use
    
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    
  • Prescription lens issues or third-party alterations
    
    

Care & Maintenance

To keep your eyewear in its best form, we recommend:

• • Storing glasses in the provided case when not in use.
    

  • Avoiding exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight for extended periods, or harsh chemicals.
    

  • Cleaning lenses only with a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner.
    

  • Never attempting to self-repair or adjust frames.
    
    

Service Support

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at no cost. For damages outside warranty scope, we offer repairs or replacements at nominal charges, subject to availability of parts.
Repairs conducted by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty.
