1. Warranty Coverage (2 Years)

  • Augussto offers a 2-year limited warranty on its eye-wear frames, valid from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers breakage or failure due to manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Scratches on lenses

    • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

    • Wear and tear from regular use

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Prescription lens issues or third-party alterations

2. How to Raise a Warranty Claim

To process your claim, please ensure:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, along with:

    • A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase

    • Your contact details (name, phone, email)

3. Claim Process

  • Ship the product securely via a trackable courier service. Augussto is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during transit.

  • After the product is received, our team will perform a quality inspection.

    • If the defect is due to manufacturing, we will either repair the product or replace it with the same or a similar model (subject to availability).

    • If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will notify you and offer paid repair options if applicable.


4. Final Evaluation

  • All warranty evaluations are performed by Augussto's quality team, and their decision will be final and binding.
