Shipping Policy
At Augussto, every order is handled with precision — because what we ship is not just eyewear, it is a custom-crafted optical instrument. Below is our complete shipping policy.
1. Delivery Timelines
We operate on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Prescription Eyeglasses (Single Vision & Progressive)
Delivery will be completed within 7–10 working days from order confirmation, starting from the receipt of prescription/power details. This timeline includes lens surfacing, coating application (including our standard Screen Shield coating), quality inspection, and dispatch.
Sunglasses (Non-Prescription)
Delivery within 3–5 working days from order confirmation.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Prescription orders enter the manufacturing queue immediately upon processing.
• You will receive an order confirmation email and a dispatch notification with tracking details.
3. Shipping Coverage
• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping availability will be communicated on the website as it becomes available.
• Shipping is handled through trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your eyewear.
4. Packaging
All Augussto eyewear is shipped in protective packaging designed to safeguard the frame and lens during transit. Each order includes a hard case and microfibre cleaning cloth.
5. Tracking Your Order
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
• You can track your order using the link provided or directly on the courier partner's website.
6. Delays
While we make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
• High order volumes during peak periods.
• Courier delays outside our control.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
In such cases, we will proactively communicate the revised delivery timeline.
7. Failed Deliveries
• If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery as per their policy.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately at support@augussto.com with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
